Grab a tape measure, write down the measurements and compare with Adidas size chart for the right size.

Hold the tape horizontally to measure:

  1. Chest, around the widest part
  2. Waist, around the narrowest part

Follow these easy steps to get the right size. For the best fit, measure your feet at the end of the day.

  1. Step on a piece of paper with your heel slightly touching a wall behind.
  2. Mark the end of your longest toe on the paper (you might need a friend to help you) and measure from the wall to the marking.

How To Measure

Chest: Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your chest and wrap it around your body to get the measurements, keeping the type parallel to the floor.

Bust: Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your bust and wrap it around your body to get the measurements, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Hips: Stand with your legs together and measure the fullest part of your hips.
But sure to go over your bottom as well. It might be challenging to keep the tape consistently level when you do it alone.

Waist: place one end of the tape measure at your natural waist, you want to find the narrowest part of your waist. Don't go up too far or too low to get an accurate measurements. Don't hold the tape too tight or your clothing will be hard to move in.

Inside leg: Measure from the crotch to the cuff of the leg.

It’s best to measure your inseam with a pair of shoes on, so that you can ensure the hem hits at the right point on your shoe.

How To Measure Your Clothing - Juniors

If your on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.

Chest - Measure all the way round - across fullest part of the chest. Try to keep tape level.

Waist - Measure all the way round - Taking the tape around the natural waistline.

Trouser - Inside Leg - Unlike the other measurements which are body measurement, the inside leg measurement corresponds to the length on the trouser. Measure from the crotch to where your trouser is normally worn on the shoe.

Short - Inside Leg - This is the short measurment, not body.

We offer an indicative guide to the weight range of full size short handle bats. Each bat has a slightly different range of weights which allows New balance to offer a full spectrum of bats for each individual player.

The chart below is just a guide to give you an idea on approximate weights. The scale weight can only give you so much information, a heavier bat can feel much lighter thanks to the weight distribution and vice versa. It is important to always select a bat based on its pick up and how it feels to you.

Tips From New Balance For Finding Your Perfect Size

Try shoes on in the late afternoon when your feet are at their largest due to normal swelling.
Check that your heel fits snug with no slipping. The midfoot of the shoe under your arch and over the top of your foot should be snug but not tight. You should have enough room in the toe box to wiggle your toes.
Choose the larger size if your feet are between sizes. You can adjust for a better fit with socks, insoles and lacing patterns.
Have your feet re-measured every year. Feet typically get bigger with age and women's feet often become a half size or more larger after pregnancy.
Be sure to try shoes on both feet. Your left and right feet may differ in length or width as much as a full size. Always buy shoes that fit your larger foot.
Watch out for signs that your shoes are too small or narrow: feet cramping and falling asleep while running or the formation of calluses and blisters in between or on your toes.
People are more than twice as likely to buy a shoe that is too small than too big.
