Can I get my order delivered next day?
Quick and efficient delivery is one of our main value propositions. If you place your order before 12:00pm from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, we will dispatch your item(s) the same day. However, if you place your order beyond this, then we cannot guarantee that we will process your order to be dispatched and delivered the next day.
Orders that are placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday and if a Saturday delivery is needed, then this can be requested during the order process and will be charged at £10.
Please note the above is all dependent on item(s) being in stock and does not apply to item(s) requiring customisation (printing, embroidery, engraving).
We deliver goods on a next day basis to most locations or postal codes in the UK, excluding:
- Scottish Islands - HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3

- Islands – IM, BT

How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery charges can be viewed before the checkout process on all product pages by clicking on the Delivery Information Tab. During checkout, you can choose your preferred shipping method and all charges applicable will be displayed. Please note that shipping costs will vary depending on your preferred method and will be automatically added upon checkout before completion. Do you deliver to my country?
Sports Avenue offers delivery services outside the UK and EU. However, delivery charges will vary according to the destination, product weight, package size, and currency changes. For more information related to our delivery destinations and charges, please visit our Delivery Information page here.
I have an issue with my delivery
We’re sorry to hear that. To check your pending order’s status, please click here, then type in your order number and the email address you used for the purchase. Alternatively, you can also enter your postal code or click on the tracking link our team sent via email to track your parcel. If the issue persists, please contact our team via phone: (01384) 377 974 or by email: info@sportsavenue.co.uk who will assist you further.
Will I get my ordered items before Christmas?
As you know, Christmas can be an incredibly busy time for most businesses, including Sports Avenue. Due to the possibility of high levels of orders, it may take longer than usual to dispatch your order. Regardless, we always do our best to keep our customers informed via updates on our website Homepage and on cut-off dates for pre-Christmas delivery, in order to ensure they receive their orders on time and avoid any disappointment.
How long does international delivery take?
International orders typically take 3-7 working days, depending on your location. We offer Express and Economy International delivery service. For more information please view our Delivery Information page by clicking here.
Which service will deliver my parcel?
At Sports Avenue, we use a range of delivery services to ship your favorite products, depending on your location and the items’ weight and value. Popular options include DHL, Skynet, DPD, and Pro-carrier. International orders will be passed onto reputable carriers once parcel has arrived in your country.
How long will delivery take for my order?
Delivery times vary according to your shipping destination. Orders within the UK and EU are typically received within 2-5 days, whereas International orders can take up to 8 days.
Can I track my items and delivery status?
Of course, all our delivery channels are equipped with tracking technology, so you can follow the tracking link sent to you via email following order dispatch. You can also log into your Sports Avenue account and track your order.
Do I have to pay duty and international taxes on my order?
Possibly, all our products are sold on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning recipients bear responsibility for any additional expenses, such as taxes or duties, that may apply to them according to local regulations. For instance, recipients outside the EU may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry, both of which can affect delivery times and cause delays. Unfortunately, since these processes are beyond our control, we cannot offer help in the matter. However, what we recommend is checking the custom duty threshold of your country before you place your order.
